Hello, I didn't know where to report this but last night I noticed a gentleman stealing packages. When I confronted him he ran away. This was on 1st between Randolph and S. At first I didn't quite understand what he was doing but when he went to the second house is when I tried to stop. He was a black man, about early 30s, thin, wearing a black puffer coat and a knit hat. I don't if you can alert people to be on the look out and to watch their packages. Thanks.
