Hi BFM Fans

THE BIG BRINE:  Inspired by our old friends at Number 1 Sons (now sadly closed), Robert Andres makes pickles, curtido, krauts and kimchi.Damien at Panorama called to tell us about him as soon as he heard Sons was stopping at the end of August, Ted contacted him before any other market could  and one week after Number 1 Sons closed, he joined us. Some examples: Deli Dill, Sweet and Spicy, Serranos, Jalapenos, Miso Ginger Kraut, Original Curtido, Pickled Red Onion,  Pickled Daikon, Naked Kraut, Kimchis.

I made a fabulous chicken salad last week with spicy mayo'd chicken from Groff's Content, stuffed into a Garner Tomato and  added Robert’s Miso Ginger Kraut, cubed Pickled Daikon and topped with the irresistible Pickled Red Onion.

The dough is made from organic sugar cane, sweet molasses and lots of the good stuff - real butter. We mix in some of our favorite warming spics: cinnamon and nutmeg to make it taste like gingerbread. To top things off, we sprinkle a little sugar on top and bake to perfection.

Pro Tip: If you're still craving pumpkin put a big scoop of pumpkin ice cream between two of these and you will not  be disappointed.
