ANC 5E05 Commissioner Joyce Robinson-Paul gathering signatures opposing a dog park at Harry Thomas Rec
At last night's first ANC 5E meeting, ANC 5E05 Commissioner Joyce Robinson-Paul advised that she had a petition opposing a dog park on the grounds of the Harry Thomas Sr. Community Center. The petition was passed around the meeting room. A few meeting participants also spoke in opposition towards dog parks in general.

Joyce Robinson-Paul must be really opposed to dog parks, as this is not in her single member district.
Oh the horror for bloomingdale if eckington got a dog park!! Is JRP on a city wide dog hatin' campaign??
