Aroi Thai, Red Hen liquor license protests dismissed (only Bertha showed up at the hearing)

Aroi Thai Order on Dismissal of Protest

On January 7, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board dismissed the protest of a Group of Five or More Individuals against the liquor license application of Aroi Thai, because only Bertha Holliday was present at the Roll Call Hearing and at least four more individuals must appear at the hearing to be granted standing as A Group of Five or More Individuals.
  
Red Hen Order on Dismissal of Protest

Note that the group of protesters can appeal within ten days.
