Who actually uses their rooftop deck? There has been only one deck I've seen in my neighborhood where the residents actually get their money's worth. All the other decks sit vacant, with pretty furniture that never gets used.
I think they will given the lack of outdoor space this place has and the fact it's broken into multiple units. I'm down the block and they make good use of the limited outdoor space they have now. It's a shame if others aren't making use of similar decks and agree that it makes no sense to build one otherwise.
