Celebrate with DC Public Schools, this is their 10 year anniversary for the annual

Beautification Day on Saturday, August 23^rd, 2014, from 9AM-1PM.

They could use YOUR help.  If you have any questions, please contact  Najla.husseini@dc.gov,  Director of Partnerships.

      Spread the word—Forward this opportunity to your colleagues and friends, post to a listserv, hang a flier and draft emails to your colleagues to encourage thier support.

            Register to volunteer – Either as an individual or as a team with colleagues and friends.  Register here: www.bit.ly/BDAY2014

           Be a Site Manager—Each of the 104 schools will need one volunteer who will oversee the day and assign projects to volunteers. There’s very little prep work involved.

      Encourage volunteers to sign up.

This is a great opportunity to get your colleagues and neighbors together and engage within the DC community!
