BZA denies request to reconsider 143 W Rear application; Miller Development can proceed with its five dwelling units project in the Flagler, Adams, 2nd & W St NW empty lot

See this tweet from Bloomingdame:

BZA denied request to reconsider 143 W Rear application this morning.
12:50 PM - 9 Jun 2015

What is the BZA denial about?

See the summary from the DC Board of Zoning Adjustment granting Miller Development the ability to developer five dwelling units on the Bloomingdale alley lot bounded by Flagler, Adams, 2nd and W Street NW.

A group of neighbors -- and ANC 5E -- requested that the application be reconsidered.

The BZA denied that request today.

So there you have it.

Miller Development gets to proceed, it would appear.

Just to clarify, ANC 5E also requested that the application be reconsidered.
