Zoning Comm. votes to limit condo conversions in R-4 zones. 2 units by-right, anything more by special exemption.

So...does this one count? Meaning does it have force of law? or is it just another demonstrative "pre-vote" where they will really take action in 6 months or something like that?
It's good news but the only thing stopping the usual rollover are those who are protesting!
