At tonight's emergency ANC 5C meeting held at St. Martin's Catholic Church, ANC 5C voted to support Vision McMillan Partners' master plan for Bloomingdale's McMillan Sand Filtration site project. The vote was not unanimous, however, and a roll call vote was not taken.
