There is still time to join the free #YogaBookClub @SamsaraHouse in #BloomingdaleDC being led by Deb Koolbeck on Mondays at 8:30 pm. The inaugural gathering is Monday April 27, 2015 and we will share food and conversation on the book each week.
NOTE: we will be reading a chapter or 2 a week for discussion, so you do not have to read the whole book in advance.
We are reading "The Yamas and the Niyamas: Exploring Yoga's Ethical Practice" by Deborah Adele. The book is available on amazon.com in various formats. Please direct message me to join in so that I can add you to the email list for details - looking forward to you joining us next week!
