It’s no secret home prices in many D.C. neighborhoods have shot up in recent years. New research from the real estate website Trulia.com shows just how much prices have gone up.
Trulia found that since 1998, many neighborhoods in D.C. and its suburbs have seen huge increases in median home values.
The biggest monetary jump has been in Northwest Washington’s Bloomingdale neighborhood, where since 1998 median home values have risen from $111,700 to $801,700.
