Morning,
On 1/4/2019, at approximately
11:40 PM, Fifth District units responded to an armed robbery in the 1900 block
of North Capitol Street, NW. Once on scene, the officers learned that the
complainants were walking northbound in the block, when they were approached by
four suspects, one of whom was armed with a black handgun. The suspects
demanded the complainant's wallets and cellular phones. The complainants
complied, and the suspects fled the scene southbound on North Capitol Street,
NW. The complainants were not injured.
The look-out is for:
Suspect 1 - Black Male, 15-17,
5'9"-6'0", thin build, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, armed with a
black handgun
Suspect 2 - Black Male, 15-17,
5'6"-5'8", thin build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt
Suspect 3 - Black Male, 15-17,
5'10"-6'0", thin build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt
Suspect 4 - Black Male, 15-17,
6'1"-6'3", thin build, wearing a black sweater with gold writing and
bridge on the back
