All,

I will host a virtual Single Member District (SMD) Meeting on June 11, 2020.  Representatives from Maedwell will present the HPRB application for the combining of 1626, 1634, 1644 and 1648 North Capitol St NW. These are the Firehouse/Engine Co, 12, Capitol Food Mart, Maedwell, and the Pub and the People properties.  This is a large development project (Hotel with 90+ rooms and a few residential units). It's important that I receive feedback from the community on this project.
