here is the summer menu at Big Bear Cafe !

I wanted to let people know that we have a new summer menu at the BBC.

    I recommend the meatloaf. Its all local beef, lamb and pork made in-house with vegetables from the Bloomingdale Farmers' Market (all but the potatoes).

    John is also preparing soft-shell crab as a starter. They are alive crawling in the kitchen now, so it is as fresh as you can get. They are served whole with beets and sorrel.
