The DC Historic Preservation Office recently received and filed for hearing one historic district landmark nomination. It is:Meridian Hill Historic District - Case 14-01 - ANC 1A, ANC 1B, ANC 1C, ANC 1D
-nominated by Historic Mount Pleasant, Reed-Cooke Neighborhood Advisory Association and the District of Columbia Historic Preservation Office
A public hearing for this nomination is set for Thursday, January 23, 2014 by the Historic Preservation Review Board under the authority of the Historic Landmark and Historic District Protection Act of 1978. This nominations and proposed Design Guidelines are posted on the HPO website at:
