We shared last week that the Historic Preservation Review Board approved our most recent revisions to the master plan and design concepts for the McMillan Sand Filtration site. This is a huge step forward – one that allows us to now pursue approval from the Mayor’s Agent and finally the Zoning Commission.
 
We would like to invite you to view the revised plans approved by HPRB, get the facts and talk directly with the development team about your thoughts and questions at an OPEN HOUSE this Saturday, November 16th, 10am – 1pm at St. George’s Episcopal Church (2nd and U Streets, NW).
