Is the ANC aware of this? Don't they know that the opening of a restaurant leads inherently to robberies, rapes, murders, parking problems and other telltale signs of social depravity? The ANC has fallen asleep at the switch on this one. I demand an immediate emergency meeting to put a stop to this den of sin and to prevent it from tearing apart the fabric of our fine neighborhood. We cannot stand idly by while wood-fired pizzas are openly served. Think of the children, for god's sake.

@Anonymous I totally agree, we need something wholesome, like another Mart serving malt liquor

So exciting! PoP thinks it will be by the end of the month! Now I can't wait to go home and try to peak in the windows to figure out what it looks like in there.

@Anonymous. Thanks for the much needed laugh. I wonder if GiGi will be eating at Rustik on a regular basis ;)

Out of curiosity, does anyone know what rent is like for a business opening up in our neighborhood?

Mat on North Capitol

Isn't anyone afraid that this new business might hamper the businesses of the local "entrepreneurs" dealing on the opposing corners...

Is this different from Boundary Stone? What is happening with that project?
