Here
are my notes from Tuesday's March ANC5E meeting. There were several
presentations (public safety, McMillan site, DC Office of Aging, H Street
Community Development, Serve DC, to name a few).
The
Commission voted to purchase up to six thousand dollars worth of plants and
associated supplies to distribute throughout the Commission area. Civic
associations are to receive the plants and place them in areas as needed. The
planting will take place on Saturday April 20th as part of Earth Day
celebrations.
The
Commission also voted to purchase a laptop computer for Commissioner
Robinson-Paul.
