chasing down your not-delivered DDOT visitor parking pass

If anyone has not received their Visitor Parking Pass, this is the information that I finally received from DDOT.



Warning: the site likes to give you an error message - you may have to try several times, and if you can, skip the verify click.
We invite your neighbors to visit  https://vpp.ddot.dc.gov/vpp/  as well to generate similar requests that can be tracked until delivery.  A confirmation number will be provided in an automated email to each requestor that provides an email address.  DDOT aims to better manage this process for District residents in order to ward off any abuse and misuse of the passes throughout residential areas by linking the pass to individual requestors.  We strongly encourage you and your neighbors to utilize the web tool; however, should you have any questions or need to discuss the process further, please contact us at (202) 673-6813 and we will be happy to assist.

They look the same to me, but this one takes you to the page that I used.
