There seemed to be many remaining unanswered questions. DC Water is creating a "Tunnel Forum" to continue working on these issues. For residents most directly impacted, DC Water and Skanska said they would meet directly with you to follow up & answer specific questions.

SKANSKA is getting $70 million to demolish the Brookland Elementary School and build us a spanking new middle school. So we wasted the recently built school, and all the utilities for over 13 years, now SKANSKA, who must be Grays favorite big boy to swing deals with ,, can rush like crazy to build us a crappy new school.The deals just goes on and on, waste McMillan too, hand it over to SKANSKA, I see their signs on construction sites all over the place,, buy their stock buddies!
But your selling out the city, and the environment, don't fool yourself!
