Conversion of a single-family home to a two-family flat. The basement unit
will include two bedrooms, a bathroom, utility room and closet with a
washer and dryer. Work will also include installation of a new concrete
staircase from the basement patio to grade, construction of a new
two-story wood deck and removal of load bearing partition walls on the
first and second floors.
