Boutique Condo Project Announced For Bloomingdale near Truxton Circle
January 8, 2016A small vacant lot has been acquired at 30 Florida Ave. NW, near the intersection of North Capitol Street. A 9 unit residential project by S2 Development is planned, most likely to include two bedroom condominiums.
Early renderings are released, and statements by the developers say that their initial design seeks to take elements of design from the residential and commercial properties in the Florida Ave. neighborhood. Anticipated delivery date of the building and units is mid-2017.
