Woodberry Kitchen Alums Are Cooking Korean Food in Bloomingdale

The Deal: Baltimore-based partners Collin Morstein and chef Irvin Seo, who first appeared in the area in April, are bringing their Korean cuisine back to Bloomingdale’s Big Bear Cafe every Wednesday and Thursday in June. Themes will change weekly, with Korean beers and noodle offerings such as kalguksu (seafood and noodle soup) and spicy bibimguksu (cold spicy noodles) in the mix. Expect ingredients sourced from Baltimore County, Maryland and Mountain View Farm in Purcellville, Virginia.

Dates: Dinner service runs from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., starting Wednesday, June 6.
