the Bloomingdale Historic District is not governed by the US Commission of Fine Arts or by the Shipstead-Luce Act of 1930 or by the Old Georgetown Board or by the National Capital Planning Commission

No properties in the new Bloomingdale Historic District are governed by:

  • the US Commission of Fine Arts (CFA)
  • the Shipstead-Luce Act of 1930
  • the Old Georgetown Board
  • the National Capital Planning Commission.

We have no developable federal properties in the Bloomingdale Historic District -- so nothing of interest for the CFA. (Keep in mind that the McMillan site is not within the Bloomingdale Historic District.)

The Bloomingdale Historic District is also not within the Shipstead-Luce Act of 1930 area (see the map here if you are interested).

T
he Bloomindale Historic District is not part of Georgetown, so nothing to do with the Old Georgetown Board.

There is nothing of interest in the Bloomingdale Historic District to the National Capital Planning Commission.

Now you know.

Is there any documentation on this?
