Members of the Police Department’s Criminal Apprehension Unit arrested the subject pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by DC Superior Court.

The subject was arrested in the 1400 block of Downing Street NE, however the offense occurred in the unit block of W Street NW on January 29, 2019.
