Now if only we could get a real market there that sells an abundance of fresh produce etc that would be great.
The rumor is the owner wants a restaurant to go there.
@l3lumarlin:"Timor Bodega" later "Farm to City" later "empty property at 2nd & RI Ave. NW" tried that. There's not enough traffic to support an abundance of fresh produce without it spoiling before it gets sold.
