revised renderings and HPO staff report for the 1600 North Capitol Street NW development project on the Joe Mamo lot - which were accepted on the HPRB consent calendar on Thursday, 05-23-2019

The 1600 North Capitol Street NW project returned to the HPRB on Thursday, 05/23/2019.  It was on the consent calendar.

No comments were made. 

Here are the five pages of the revised renderings, followed by two pages of building elevations, followed by a single page of building materials.

The changes between the original renderings and the revised renderings – actions called for by the HPRB – are subtle and not drastic. 

I find the building design uninspiring.
