backpack found behind the 1929 1st St NW condo building

See this 11-16-2015 message:

We found a backpack behind our building (1929 1st St NW). I've enclosed a picture.

                                 

There are some papers inside that would help identify the owner. 

We would like to have this backpack returned to its owner.
