If Bloomingdale were to become a Historic District, then any major front exterior alterations brought before DCRA would get forwarded to the DC Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) and appear in this periodic "HPRB Agenda & Consent Calendar" message.
According to the DC Office of Planning Historic Preservation Office (HPO), only approximately 5% of the permits in Historic Districts get bumped from the HPO counter at DCRA to the HPRB.
