Historic Preservation Education: another current sample of a "HPRB Agenda and Consent Calendar" message -- with one LeDroit Park Historic District street address

Bloomingdale:

See the forwarded message below from the DC Historic Preservation Office.

If Bloomingdale were to become a Historic District, then any major front exterior alterations brought before DCRA would get forwarded to the DC Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) and appear in this periodic "HPRB Agenda & Consent Calendar" message.

According to the DC Office of Planning Historic Preservation Office (HPO), only approximately 5% of the permits in Historic Districts get bumped from the HPO counter at DCRA to the HPRB.

In the message below, you can see a LeDroit Park Historic District street address: 1922 3rd Street NW.

You also see Glenwood Cemetery, which has been nominated for landmark status.
