DC Water's latest is that the Flagler/Adams CSA should start around late July or early August. (That is delayed from January, then May, then June...)
It's still not clear what they are doing about the 30 inch water main on Adams. In May, they said it needed to be completely relocated around the CSA, and that they were starting the design. This week, they said that they now decided not to relocate the main, they are replacing part of it where it is, and they are still designing. We'll see. We also haven't learned the revised truck route, but I think they will run trucks on Second. Also, Councilmember McDuffie has been no help to us so far (if others disagree, please chime in).
Also, the V Street CSA is up and running. The Bloomingdale Blog is reporting on a sign posted on First Street NW.
