I hear at Aug 4 meeting Hawkins said no obstructions found as of yet. That's actually a little disappointing. Our three floods in nine days were anomalous considering the last significant one was Aug 2010. An obstruction of some sort would at least provide a logical cause/effect for the frequency recently experienced.
But either way, glad to see the efforts are being made, one by one.
