Big Bear’s new Chef, Isaiah Ruffin, is hosting a 3 course tasting dinner with the brewers of 3 Stars.
The dinner will be a seafood focused, coursed, local ingredient, family-style dinner with a coursed beer tasting.
fried soft-shelled crab with greens cooked in an IPA Sabay
paired with the Double IPA
(the beer name has yet to be released from 3-Stars)
fish en papilote with summer vegetables
paired with the Hazy Pale Ale.
cheesecake w/summer peaches
paired with the Peppercorn Saison
Also, dairy free options are available, but not really suggested, and gluten free is not an option.
