package marked "to be placed upright & handled with care, fragile liquid" tossed by USPS delivery person

See this 07-12-2018 message from a neighbor:

Wondering if this is of interest to the neighborhood: USPS throws my package to the floor from up the stairs despite the signs on it indicating that its to be placed upright & handled with care, fragile liquid.

  1. USPS is awful. I've contacted them multiple times regarding delivery issues to no avail. Speaking directly to the carrier helps, but they are always changing. Give it a shot. You have nothing to lose but your time and patience. :)

  2. I have seen this guy and I observed him doing the same thing to my buildings deliveries. I could not believe was I was seeing. On top of that, he's not in uniform, instead wearing street clothes.

    1. One more note, after I saw him tossing packages, he walked up the street before I could speak to him. I went outside to write down the plate number on the USPS truck and there was no tag. Strange
