Subject: Packages found in Flagler Alley
I found these packages in my alley this morning. These are
the second batch I have found in 3 months. The first, I took to the
owners on W but these this morn, I just left them in the alley. It seems
that Amazon package was devoid of a name and address. The Priority Mail package
still had the address label affixed.
