Subject: Show your national spirit: Olympics Opening Ceremonies at El Camino
Ready or not the Rio Summer Olympic Games begin next Friday, August 5th.
El Camino in Bloomingdale will be celebrating the opening of the Summer
Olympiad all day on Friday with food & drink specials, plus a few freebies
for those sporting their national pride.
The bar will be offering special Caipirinhas along with food specials from
the kitchen, including Brazil’s national dish - Feijoada (a bean and smoked
sausage stew), Pao de Quejo (Brazilian cheese bread), and Pastel de Carne (beef
empanadas). Guests are encouraged to show their spirit for the national team of
their choice - free chips & salsa if you’re sporting national gear! The
staff also will be wearing t-shirts displaying the flag of their home country,
and the Opening Ceremony will be shown on the TVs at the bar that night.
El Camino opens on Fridays at 11am for lunch. The bar remains open
throughout the day.
