trespass and safety awareness

Subject: Trespass and Safety Awareness

I’m wondering if you can include the following safety awareness message. 

Recently, a strange man has been trespassing on our property in the unit block on Rhode Island Avenue NW. It started out as harmless movement of our trashcans. Definitely a nuisance, but still harmless. Over the past couple of weeks it has become worse be continued trespassing, throwing some of our property in the trash, and now he started stealing items. Every occurrence has happened between 9:30am – 5:30pm (never comes during the night).

I have filed a police report and they have a copy of the videos. Can you please share the following links with the community for safety awareness at the least?
