100 S Street NW is seeking a zoning special exception to reconstruct an existing garage and the expansion of a 3-floor and basement single family dwelling with a roof deck, expansion of the existing 3rd floor, and conversion to a flat that does not meet the zoning requirements for lot occupancy

This zoning special exception for 100 S Street NW is on the agenda of this Monday's Bloomingdale Civic Association meeting.
