Tonight's Theme: "Relationships = Results: The Link Between Your Relationships and Your Success"
If you're in a business where client relationships, team relationships or your relationship with yourself has a direct effect on the performance of your company and overall work satisfaction (probably every business), then the opportunity to create higher performance is abundantly available to us when we work on these relationships and ourselves.
Today we're going to talk about your particular challenges and illustrate pathways to growth that can radically transform your performance. Our perceptions, judgments, fears and concerns are all particular to us and determine everything about how we operate in the world. When we become more powerful in how we operate in relationships, all of these things change and we start to get more clarity, more power and notice that we have a much greater say in how things go. We begin to grow our success on our own terms.
