The application is similar to the one that Engine Company 12 filed two years ago. The inside hours seem to be an hour later than the previous application.
Great news - esp. this part: "Cigar Bar in the rear of 3rd floor." I'm getting killed by the tiger (I think) mosquitoes this year on my front porch; looking forward to a place to smoke indoors!
