There was a subsequent pic posted on Twitter last night of what appeared to MPD having a gentleman in handcuffs leaning up against a MPD squad car at 1st and Thomas St NW. But I can't see to locate that tweet or pic. Anyway, I suppose that we are all curious what that incident is about. We will share with the community where there is info to share.
