Hello All,

Please be aware that NO PARKING restrictions will be enforced today, Wednesday, January 21  and  tomorrow, Thursday, January 22 at the intersection of Second and V Street NW so that a large crane and its associated equipment can get into the First & V Construction Staging Area. See attached notice and map for more details.  MPD will safely escort equipment through public space.

Staff has hand-delivered notices to the impacted areas. And  those residents who normally park on V Street and a portion of Second Street NW will be allowed to park in DC Water’s Bryant Street lot while “No Parking” restrictions are enforced. Once the crane and equipment are safely in place, the “No Parking” signs in this limited area will be removed.

If you have any concerns or questions about this task or the FST project, please call the FST Hotline (844) FST–INFO/ (844) 378-4636.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you at the next public meeting, Thursday, January 22nd at 7 PM at St. George’s Episcopal Church, 160  U Street NW.

Sincere Regards, Tom
